Your email has to explain to the realtor the reasons why the HO should use your service, and also how the Realtors commission can suffer due to low ball offers on the property due to dirty roof,concrete,brick,etc.

Most Realtors are unaware of the need for our services.  Try to set up to attend their weekly sales meeting and show pics and flyers.

Email is great for And introduction but no need to get in front of them to really be effective.

realtors love free stuff! i get notepads made each year and drop them off to the local realtor offices... they have our logo and info at the bottom..
